WCWC T.V. recap 5/31/14

-Joe V & Jeff Akin calling the action. I really liked Joe V on Portland Wrestling Uncut, so glad to see him back with this group. They fixed the aspect ratio on the screen this week too, so we're off to a good start on week 2.

1) Mikey O'Shea def. Mike Santiago. Post-match: Ethan HD jumped O'Shea, but Gangrel made the save. Gangrel and O'Shea formed a team, so the American Guns have their next tag title challengers.

-Pat Kelley interviewed the Wrecking Crew backstage. Grappler wouldn't give Big Duke a singles match with Othello, but he will give him a SIX-MAN TAG TEAM MATCH!

-Joe V interviewed Ashton Vuitton & Johnny Fairplay (former TNA megastar! Oh you don't remember that? Maybe you remember his promotion in Portland a decade ago? Or maybe his appearance on Survivor? He faked his Grandma's death. He's such a heel). Fairplay says he will make Vuitton a star, and they stay at ringside to watch the next match.

2) Eric Right & Dan Joseph def. Dr. Kliever & Jonas Albert Robinson. Post-match: Fairplay recruited Kliever to ditch Robinson and join his stable

-Pat Kelley interviewed Alexander Hammerstone, who is an arrogant, cocky, heel

3) Alexander Hammerstone (w/ Morty Lipshitz) def. Instant Karma. Lipshitz is scouting Hammerstone for a possible spot in the Wrecking Crew.

-Pat Kelley interviewed the American Guns. WCWC Commissioner Quinten Michaels interrupted and booked them in a title defense against GANGREL & O'SHEA next week.

-Joe V interviewed former WWF Woman's singles and tag team champion Leilani Kai. You may remember her from Wrestlemania 1, the first Royal Rumble against the Jumping Bomb Angels, or her illustrious run in WCW as Patty Stonegrinder. Kylie Sutton came out all excited to meet Kai, and said she use to watch her as a kid. Kai took this to mean Sutton was calling her old and slapped her. But that wasn't enough, Kai told Sutton SHE HAD A BIG BUTT!

4) WCWC champ Hot Shot Danny Duggan, Big Duke, & TKO Cody Smith def. Othello, Jeremy Blanchard, & Grappler 3 (w/ the Grappler) when Duke pinned Blanchard. Post-match: Blanchard attacked Duke, but Smith ran him off. During the commentary, Matt Striker (who had been on commentary talking traash about Duggan) snuck in the ring and gave Duggan a back cracker.
